Case Study: CA Labor Federation ’16
The California Labor Federation represents more than 2 million working men and women, and they can flex their muscle at the ballot box. In 2016, Signified was proud to develop a truly multichannel member-to-member program from the ground up opposing an anti-union initiative statewide as well as supporting labor-backed candidates in targeted Assembly and Congressional districts. We did it with a tightly integrated messaging campaign blanketing union households statewide with coordinated direct mail, online video, Facebook and workplace communications. The union vote played a critical role in narrowly defeating a dangerous statewide initiative and beating the charter-schools-backed candidate in the runoff for a key Assembly seat.
